Shipzee.com operates as an intermediary allowing consumers to make online purchases from US online stores. All complaints should be filled directly to the original seller.

All product purchases, returns, exchanges, warranty terms and conditions, item price adjustments or discount changes depend on the US seller's, from which the products are purchased, internal rules and policies. Shipzee.com does not influence or have control over the internal rules and policies of any US sellers, however, to an extent, can provide information regarding the stores services or products. To receive accurate information regarding the US sellers policies or product information, we recommend to contact the original seller directly."
No. Shipzee provides a mediator service and is only responsible for damages done to an item during shipping and delivery. Any product manufacturing defects should be provided to Shipzee Customer Support team, which in turn will contact the seller or will provide you the necessary information required to contact the seller in order to receive support to solve the accured issue.

Please note: if the seller agrees to issue a full refund for a defective product due to a manufacturer's defect, the refund for defective product will only be issued to the client once the defective item is returned back to our US warehouse. Other fees (shipping, delivery, import, etc.) are non-refundable.

Placing an Order

No. VAT invoice's cannot be issued as Shipzee is a US registered company.
An account sign up is not necessary in order to use Shipzee's services to order items from US sellers. Signing up to a Shipzee account will, however, help to review order history.
Additional item links need to be added when requesting a quote in order to receive an offer for multiple selected items together. Separate price request need to be submitted if separate offers for selected items are required.

No. The price shown in the provided qoute is final with all taxes included (import taxes, Shipzee service and delivery fees), therefore, no additional taxes will need to be covered.

 

Shipping and Delivery

After placing an order, items are usually delivered to our US warehouse in 3-7 business days. Depending on the delivery terms provide by the seller, the delivery term could take more time in some cases. Received items are then packed and prepared to be shipped to Europe. Orders shipped from our US warehouse usually arrive in 7-10 business days by air shipments or in 4-6 weeks by sea shipments from the day they were sent from our warehouse. Shipping methods can be selected at order checkout.

Please note: the Customs Department has a right to withhold packages for additional verification of there contents, therefore, the provided timeframe is prelimanary and in rare cases can be prolonged.
All packages are shipped by private courier companies and are delivered to your provided address or package pickup point. Shipping and delivery methods can be selected at order checkout.
All packages can be delivered to a provided address by AEC courier services. Most of the ordered products can be delivered to DPD, LP Express or Omniva package pick up points.
Yes. You can track your order status by entering the order number or the package tracking in the "Track" tab found on www.shipzee.com. An order number begins with the letters QU, while a package tracking number begins with the letter A, D, L, H or O.

Once all the ordered items have been received and prepared to be shipped to Europe, orders shipped by air are sent on Tuesdays and Fridays and orders shipped by sea are sent on Thursdays.
No. Shipping terms from USA to Europe can be prolonged due to external forces and processes, which are not directly influenced by Shipzee, therefore, a possibility to cancel an order or receive a monetary compensation due to a prolonged shipping term is not available.
No. Items that are not fragile (clothing, footwear, accessories, etc.) are shipped without their original packaging.
By request, footwear can be shipped in its original packaging, however, an additional $5.00 fixed fee will be added due to increased package dimensions. To request this option, please contact our Customer Support team before placing an order.
Delivery method can be changed until the shipment is sent to Europe.
Thes selected delivery method cannot be changed after placing an order. The delivery address can be changed until the package is sent to Europe.

 

Payment

Order payments can be made via direct bank transfers through Paysera's payment system, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit and debit cards.

Please note: Shipzee offers only display preliminary prices in euros. Final price in your local currency will be calculated by your chosen payment processor based on its current currency exchange rate. An additional fee of 3.9% will be added to the final price of an order if direct credit card or PayPal payment method is used.

PayPal payments are limited to $750, while credit card limits are set to $500. No payment limits or additional fees are applied for payments made using Paysera's payment platform.

Refunds are issued within 1-3 business days from the day a refund is registered. Depending on the primary selected payment method, payment transfers usually take another 1-10 businesses days to reach a bank account.

Order Cancelations

Orders can be cancelled until the purchased products are received in our USA warehouse and prepared for shipping.

Please note: A fixed 5% fee of your order total (but not less than $10) will be charged as a cancellation fee for an order. Additional fees could be applied if the store/seller applies order return fees for the purchased products. An order cancellation fee will not be applied if the ordered products are cancelled by the store or seller from which the products were purchased.
Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled for a refund.

Order Returns

Products can be returned back to the US seller/ store only if the product return terms are still valid and the store/seller agrees to a return. To receive more information about a product return, please contact us via email [email protected] of returns can only be carried out by the client. Refunds for returned items will be issued to the client once the store/seller issues the refund to our account.

If your package was damaged/lost, you must contact Shipzee Customer Support team within 48 hours by sending an email containing detailed description and photos of the damaged package and its contents. A case will be opened to determine the cause and assess the damage done to shipped items. In a case of a lost package, a full refund of your payment for the order will be returned back to you.
